Location: The Port Dickson is situated on Malaysia’s west coast, south of Kuala Lumpur. General Overview: The Port Dickson is a minor port for general cargo and an important oil terminal operated by Shell and Esso. Oil tankers are required to be piloted, while other ships are allowed to operate on their own. The port also handles imports of general cargo and exports of livestock to East Malaysia. Vessels up to 121.9 m can be handled at any state tide, while vessels over 121.9 m requiring to swing are handled only on flood tide. The port is also a popular beach destination in the state of Negeri Sembilan.
