Location: Sriracha Oil Terminals are located on the E shore of the Gulf of Thailand, between Sichang Island and the mainland, approx 120km from Bangkok. The terminals are enclosed within a restricted area into which entry is only permitted for authorised vessels. General overview: The terminals facilities consist of berths for the importation/exportation and internal distribution of petroleum products. There are several buoy moorings and jetties along the coast which belong to various oil marine terminals including, Thai Oil Company, Esso (Thailand) and Petroleum Authority of Thailand (PTT). The PTT Marine Terminal section lies close S and outside the restricted area and is associated with the gas separation plant. The marine terminal consists of two SBMs, a CBM and a six-berth jetty. Max size: Bar max: Draught 15.2m at any time, deeper draughts with tide. Thai Oil SBM: Draught 17.6m, 230,000DWT fully loaded and up to 320,000DWT part loaded. PTT SRC Berth No 1: LOA 281m, draught 15.0m, 120,000DWT. Tankers: 320,000 d.w.t., LOA 350 m., draft 20.8 m. The largest vessel called at the terminal: LOA: 274.7 m, draught: 25.5 m, deadweight: 116,015 t.
