General Description
Location: Jinhae, formerly known as Chinhae, is located on the SE coastline, approx 11km SE of Masan and close W of Busan New Port.
General overview: Port of Chinhae, the neighbour port of Masan by which it is administered, is the site of the Naval Base of Korea, being a commercial port as well. In addition to being the most sheltered harbour in Korea, it is also the only complete typhoon shelter. There is also a large STX shipbuilding yard 4km to the S of the port.

-No. 2 Pier: Length of berth - 325 meters and maximum draft at low water 11m.
