Location: The Port of Skudeneshavn is situated in Karmøy municipality in Rogaland county.
General overview: The Port of Skudeneshavn, a sub-port of Karmsund, is a small but reliable and secure harbor. It is well-protected by breakwaters and primarily serves fishing boats, pleasure crafts, general cargo vessels, and sailing vessels.
Additionally, there are three berths available for general and bulk cargo ships. Two Ro/Ro berths are occupied by ferries running between Stavanger and Skudeneshavn. The port also has an oil tanker berth, which is exclusively used by the coastal salvage fleet.
Furthermore, there are two bunkering berths specifically designated for fishing and coastal vessels, as well as a slipway capable of accommodating vessels up to 300 DWT.
