General Description
Location: The Risavika Terminal is located in Rogaland county, approx. 5 nautical miles southwest of Stavanger.
General overview: The Risavika Terminal facilities are spread across the bay and cater to handling project and general cargo, offshore industry services, and the Shell oil refinery.
The Offshore Terminal offers bunkering facilities and is the largest oil and gas cluster for offshore base operations in Northern Europe, with a depth of 10 meters and a quay length exceeding 360 meters.
The cargo terminal has a depth of over 13 meters and a quay length of more than 280 meters, serving conventional and project cargo.
The Ferry Terminal provides domestic and international services, currently operating routes to Bergen and Hirtshals, using LNG fuel to reduce emissions.
The port provides safe berthing to all types of ships and has an ample manoeuvring area.
