Location: Ras Al Zour is close W of Ras Al Ghar and approx 130km N of Jubail. General overview: This new port currently has four berths inside a reclaimed land port basin. Two further berths are planned. The port is next to an industrial site and will handle the following cargoes of phosphates, ammonia, caustic soda, chemicals and fertilisers. Load line zone: Tropical. Max size: 70,000DWT.
