Location: The Port of Piran is a small port located on the southern coast of the Gulf of Trieste.
General overview: The Port of Piran consists of an outer and inner harbour and provides good shelter to coasters from all winds. The outer harbour is larger and protected by two moles, while the inner harbour is located in the center of the city.
The port is mainly used for ferry services to and from Venice and is open from June 1 to October 31.
The port is open Jun 1 to Oct 31.
