General Description
Location: Located on the estuary of the Capibaribe and Beberibe Rivers in NE Brazil.
General overview: The port is protected by an extensive reef formed of sandstone on which a protecting rampart has been built. The total length of docks is 3,062m of which 1,422m has been allocated to overseas vessels.

- Berth (Length 180 m // Draft 10 m)
Consist of 2 Silos (200,000t) for Demerara Sugar that can be load at 1000 t/h.
- Grain
- Berth No.1 (Length 160 m // Draft 10 m)
- Berth No.9 (Length 239,9 m // Draft 10 m)
The terminal handles cargo through 2 Pneumatic Unloaders (300 t/h).
- Containers
- Berth No.2 (Length 228,5 m // Draft 12 m)
The terminals consists of a Portable Container Crane (32t), 2 Container Transporters (30.5t) and 2 Forklifts of 30t and 40t each.
