Location: The small port of Klaksvik is located on the SW coast of Borda, one of the Faeroe Islands. General overview: The harbour is formed by a natural, sheltered bay with two entrances. A mole extends 90m ENE, then 75m NE from the W shore, 0.35nm SSW of the quay. Traffic figures: Approx 4 vessels visit the port annually. Load line zone: North Atlantic Winter Seasonal Zone I, Winter Oct 16 to Apr 15, Summer Apr 16 to Oct 15. Max size: LOA 180m, draught 8.0m.
