Location: Bonny Inshore Terminals are situated on the E bank of the Bonny River, S of Port Harcourt. General overview: There are three terminals: The new Mobil NGL Terminal, the NLNG Terminal and the Shell Terminal (which is now closed, all crude oil is exported from the offshore single buoy moorings). Ship to ship transfers are regularly carried out in the Bonny inner anchorage to enable vessels to sail up to Onne Port and Port Harcourt. Traffic figures: Approx 350 tankers totalling over 11,000,000t visit the port annually. Load line zone: Tropical. Max size: Min LOA 152m or 18,000t. Max LOA 320m, 120,000DWT.
