Location: Randers is located on the E coast of Jutland approx 25nm N of Arhus. General overview: The entrance to the harbour is via Randers Fjord, 23km from the Kattegat. The water area of the harbour is 5.66ha. There are special quays available for handling grain, feeding stuffs and timber. Traffic figures: Approx 360 vessels visit the port and 1,000,000t of cargo handled annually. Load line zone: Summer Zone for ships over 100m in length and Winter Zone for ships of 100m or less in length. Winter Nov 1 to Mar 31, Summer Apr 1 to Oct 31. Max size: Max LOA 145m, beam 19m and draught is 6.1m.
