Location: The Port of Mersrags is situated in Talsi Municipality in the Courland region of Latvia. Located on the western shore of the Gulf of Riga.

The port is mainly used for transhipment of timber and other cargoes, and has a large-scale fishing activity along with a yachting harbor.
