General Description
Location: Uusikaupunki is situated at the S end of the Gulf of Bothnia, on the SW coast of Finland, 70km N of Turku.
General overview: A well sheltered port with good anchorage, open throughout the year with the use of ice breakers
The port has three harbour areas, two for dry/bulk cargo, and one for general cargo. There are four Ro-Ro berths on three piers. Shipyard and floating dock available.

- Imports: Salt, potash, sulphur, salt, ammonia, LPG, and general goods.

Traffic figures: Approx. 490 vessels, 1,490,000t of cargo and 1,450TEU, handled annually.
