Location: The Port of Calapan is situated in Oriental Mindoro
General overview: The Port of Calapan.serves as the main port for the province. It features a concrete pier, government wharf, and Ro-Ro berths, providing berthing facilities for fastcraft, conventional, and Ro/Ro vessels.
The port specializes in handling agricultural products such as copra, rice, and bananas for export, as well as cement, fertilizer, and general commodities for import.
With its seven berths, the port efficiently caters to the transportation needs of passengers and cargo.
Notably, the passenger terminal at the Port of Calapan is the largest in the Philippines in terms of passenger capacity, accommodating up to 3,500 passengers.
Please note that the port exclusively handles domestic RORO passenger and cargo vessels.
