General Description
Location: Ashkelon oil terminal is situated approx. 2NM SSW of the town of Ashkelon and 10NM SSW of Ashdod.
General overview: Ashkelon is considered an Oil Terminal and its operated by the Eliat Ashkelon Pipeline Company. It mainly handles petroleum products and derivatives (Gasoline, Gasoil, Jet fuel etc). Ashkelon consists of 3 CBM berths, 2 SPM buoys and a Coal Jetty:
- CBM No.1 (Oil Products) Tankers up to 130,000DWT.
