Location: Thasos port is on the northern coast, opposite mainland Greece and approx 10 km (6 ml) from Keramoti. General overview: There are two ports at the island of Thasos. Limenasor Port Thasos or Panayia is the main harbor of Thasos. Limenaria, on the SW corner of the island, is the second yacht harbor in Thasos. he port of Limenas serves ferries traveling from Keramoti, while the port of Skala Prinou serves ferries traveling from Kavala.The new harbour of Neo Limani is 500 meters west of the old harbour and is now the preferred harbour for visiting yachts, offering good all round shelter and depths of 4 m.
