General Description
Location: Djeno is an offshore tanker terminal situated 15km SSE of Pointe Noire. General overview: The terminal is the hub for several offshore oilfields to which it is connected by submarine pipeline. Loading takes place at an SBM moored 2nm SW of Djeno in a depth of 22.0m. Traffic figures: Approx 2,700,000t of crude oil is exported annually by 44 vessels. Load line zone: Tropical. Max size: SBM: LOA 320m, max loaded draught 16.0m. The max draught may be reduced in certain weather conditions.
