Location: The SBM installations are located off the coast of Tramandai, N of Rio Grande. General overview: The Terminal is operated by Petrobras, it consists of 2 SPMs (Single Point Moorings) placed at open sea for vessels handling oil products and crude oil. The discharging of oil products at SPM 601 and crude oil at SPM 601 aims to supply the Alberto Pasqualini Refinery – REFAP and Braskem. The loading operations at SPM 601 aims to export the excess diesel oil and gasoline the Refinery REFAP produces. Monobuoys SPM 601: Vessels up to 200,000DWT // Depth 21 m SPM 602: Vessels up to 200,000DWT // Depth 25 m Products Handled: SPM 601 (Diesel oil, Gasoline, Petrochemicals, Naphtha) SPM 602 (Petroleum) Traffic figures: Approx. 150 vessels visit the port annually.
