General Description
Location: Puerto de Sada is situated at Fontan, 1nm N of the town of Sada, in NW Spain.
General overview: Sada is a fishing and sports port (the most characteristic marina in the region), which also has a sailing school. There are berths for fishing vessels on a spur on the S side of the N mole towards its root. In the S side of the Harbour, close N of the root of the S mole is a jetty for small craft. Sada provides 699 berths for vessels with draft of up to 4 m and for lengths of up to 20 m.
Load line zone: North Atlantic Winter Seasonal Zone II, Winter Nov 1 to Mar 31, Summer Apr 1 to Oct 31.
