Location: Ocho Rios is located on the N coast of Jamaica, approx 50nm E of Montego Bay. General overview: There are three berths. Reynolds Wharf at St Ann's which is used for the export of bulk sugar and aggregate, also used at times to dock cruise vessels, and a cruise ship pier with two berths. Traffic figures: Approx 227,000t of cargo and 321 cruise ships with a total of 804,825 passengers handled annually. Load line zone: North Atlantic Seasonal Tropical Area, Tropical Nov 1 to Jul 15, Summer Jul 16 to Oct 31. Max size: Bauxite Berth: LOA 320m, draught 11.2m. Cruise Ship Terminal: LOA 320m, draught 9.75m.
