General overview: The port of Songjiang has 4 harbour areas, Songjiang, Mishidu, Sijing and Youdun and is managed by Songjiang Shipping Administration Department. It has an overall water area of approx 1,000,000m² and land area of 1,338,000m². The main cargoes handled in the port are ore materials, grain, coal, non-metallic ore, chemical fertiliser and general cargo.
