Location: Airlie Island Terminal is now included within the port limits of the port of Onslow which is situated on the NW Australian coast. Airlie Island is 16nm NNE from Onslow and 27nm S of Barrow Island in position 21°20'S 115°10'E. The tanker mooring is situated 1nm NNE of Airlie Island. General overview: Crude oil produced from South Pepper and North Herald fields is processed on the drilling/production vessel "Vicksburg" located 15nm NNE of Airlie Island from where it is pumped ashore to storage and loading facilities on Airlie Island. Load line zone: South Indian Ocean Seasonal Tropical Area, Tropical May 1 to Nov 30, Summer Dec 1 to Apr 30.
