Location: The Port of Uwajima is situated on the W coast of Shioka, on the E shore of Uwajima Wan.
General overview: The Port of Uwajima harbour is well sheltered, the inner harbour consists of a basin protected by breakwaters on its N and W sides and the main berths are in the outer harbour area.
The port mainly handles general cargoes & cement, and is also considered a fishing port.
