Max drafts for all vessels calling at Phnom-Penh are: Jan-Apr: 4.5m May: 4.8m Jun 1-15: 5m Jun 15-30:5.1m Jul-Aug: 5.2m Sep: 5.3m Oct: 5.2m Nov: 5m Dec: 4.5m No flag restrictions. Anyway, specific ship checking case by case is recommended. Night navigation, mooring/unmooring available. Stevedore working hrs: 24/4, 50% overtime 17.00-07.00
